Tarawih Prayers in Mosques Allowed, MUI Papua Invites Muslims to be Happy

goodmorningpapua.com – A chairman of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Papua, Saiful Islam Al Payage invites the public, especially Muslims on the earth of Cenderawasih to rejoice in welcoming the holy month of Ramadan in 2022.

This invitation follows the government’s policy of allowing Muslims to perform tarawih prayers in congregation in mosques after two years of being hindered by the Covid-19 pandemic.

“Finally, we can pray tarawih together after two years of not being allowed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We have to be happy, we have to be happy in the month of Ramadan, we can get blessings,” said Saiful Al Payage, Wednesday, March 30, 2022.

Saiful Al Payage called for Muslims to maintain morals, maintain oral hygiene, and maintain religious harmony. He also hopes that Muslims can carry out the fasting month of Ramadan this year smoothly.

“Read more of the Koran, give alms and other worship, because the reward in the holy month of Allah SWT is multiplied. I hope Muslims pray a lot so that this virus will not come again,” said Saiful Al Payage.
