goodmorningpapua.com – A West Papua Governor Dominggus Mandacan submitted the Budget Implementation Document (DPA) for the 2022 fiscal year to 47 Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) at the West Papua PKK Auditorium, Monday 17 January 2022.
In his remarks, Dominggus Mandacan advised the leadership of regional apparatus organizations (OPD) within the West Papua Provincial Government to work more optimally in the implementation of programs and activities in 2022.
“What we have to do, do it as good as possible, the programs and activities that have been set out in the respective DPAs will immediately be implemented according to the applicable rules,” stressed the Head of the Arfak West Papuan Tribe.
Dominggus said the submission of DPA was the beginning of a commitment to improve services to the community. “Immediately undertake programs and activities according to their duties and functions and be careful in their implementation. Do it according to the applicable rules,” he ordered.
For that, he again asked all OPD heads to be consistent with the budget contained in the DPA in accord with their respective duties and functions.
“With the existing regional financial capacity, I ask that the activities that have been prepared are used optimally based on the budget ceiling allocated to each OPD. Optimal efforts in the preparation of the 2022 APBD, prioritize accountability and transparency,” said the former Regent of Manokwari for these two periods.
For your information, the West Papua Provincial Government’s 2022 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) reached Rp 6,778,259,771,635. The budget is distributed to 47 OPD.
