The Christmas Cup activity which contested the Bible Quiz Competition (CCA), ranked first, Christmas-themed Bible stories, making and eating Papeda which was held was a work program of BP PAM GKI Martin Luther which is held every 2 years.

The Chairperson of the GKI Christmas Cup Committee, Martin Luther Sentani, Undi Rumaseuw said, this activity aims to develop the talents of all church members apart from celebrating Christmas.

Previously this Christmas Cup was attended by congregations from other churches, but due to post-pandemic conditions this activity was limited and specifically for the congregation of GKI Martin Luther Sentani.

“Two years ago we did not carry out this program or activity, because of the Covid-19 pandemic, so this year we have only implemented it and thank God everything is running smoothly,” explained Undi Rumaseuw when met on the sidelines of the Christmas Cup choir competition at the GKI Church Martin Luther Sentani, Thursday 8 December 2022.

He hopes that this activity can develop the talents of the congregation and be a blessing to the entire congregation of GKI Martin Luther Sentani. “This is our 11th activity and we have great hopes as BP PAM. This activity can also strengthen all of us in the GKI Martin Luther Sentani Congregation.” he hoped.
