goodmorningpapua.com – The Nusawani District held a Development Planning Meeting/Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) for the sake of catching up with other districts in the Yapen Islands Regency, Papua.
The prime Musrenbang held in Nuniande Village was led by the Head of the Nusawani District, Kafita Imbiri and was attended by members of the Yapen Islands DPRD, Eko Susilo, as well as five village heads from Perea, Nuniande, Dorau, Umani and Saweru.
A member of the Yapen Islands DPRD, Eko Susilo said that the Musrenbang for the Nusawani District was held for the first time since the district was divided from the Ambai Islands District.
“A lot of program plans have been proposed by village heads, of course this program is the result of village meetings that have been carried out previously with the hope of catching up with other districts,” said Eko, Monday, February 21, 2022.
The programs proposed in the deliberations and related to the basic program of the needs of the community. For example, he gave an example of providing school infrastructure and health infrastructure.
“All proposals were discussed starting from the Puskesmas, clean water, decent houses, electricity availability and several other programs. No less important is the availability of district offices that do not yet exist and other supporting facilities,” explained Eko.
