Power Step-Up Gymnastics Training of the Acis Studio Attracts a Lot of Fans

goodmorningpapua.com – The Acis Serui Gymnastics Studio held a Power Step-Up Gymnastics training, Saturday, September 24, 2022. The training invited trainers from the Island of the Gods, Bali, was flooded with enthusiasts.

The owner of the Acis Serui Studio, Jumaisah said, the Power Step-Up Gymnastics training aims to provide new skills for gymnastics in Serui City, Yapen Islands Regency.

“Hopefully this training will be useful for the instructors, especially since this is the latest and trending exercise. We also involve local women so that in the future they can also actively participate in sports activities in Yapen,” said Jumaisah who is also the Head of the Training Committee.

   Meanwhile, a Gymnastics Instructor from Bali, Hary Timberlake, expressed his pride to the training participants. He did not expect Yapen to have so many fans of Power Step-Up Gymnastics.

   “Hopefully what I teach can be used well, especially for sports, thank you Yapen,” he hoped.

It is known that the training which lasted for 3 days was attended by 13 Power Step-Up participants, as well as 30 Zumba Party and Aerobic participants. The Step-Up movement resembles the movement of stepping up the stairs, so it requires a bench or other assistive device.

   The Step-Up training also targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes and calve, wherein Step-Up including cardio exercise enabling to improve heart health while burning a lot of calories.
