This was conveyed by Prof. Abdillah when attending online at the Seminar and Conference of Papuan Church Leaders held in Jayapura City on 15-17 February 2022. He said the meeting of church leaders in Papua was very important to discuss all issues in Papua.

According to Prof. Abdillah, President Joko Widodo also has a commitment to advancing the Land of Papua and the welfare of its people. This is evidenced by the Special Autonomy Law and various other presidential policies.
