Kadin Papua Vaccinates 400 Enterpreneurs

“This activity is a form of support from Kadin Papua for the vaccination program that is being intensified by the government to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic,” said Deputy Chairperson of the MSMEs, Cooperatives and Creative Industries of the Papua Kadin, Vera Veronica Parinussa in Jayapura, Friday (20/8). ).

She explained that the vaccination service that was held on Friday was intended for businessmen who had received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. In her view, the Papua Provincial Chamber of Commerce and Industry will receive 800 doses of Covid-19 vaccine to inject the first and second doses of vaccine for business actors.

“From 800 doses, 400 doses have been used in the first stage of vaccination, the rest will be carried out for the second stage,” she said.

Vera said the injection of the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine for businessmen on Friday (20/8) and Saturday (21/8) at the Papua Provincial Kadin Office was targeted to reach 200 people per day. For her, those users of the vaccination service organized by the Papua Chamber of Commerce and Industry are mostly businessmen in the Jayapura City area.

A hotelier in Jayapura, Christian, said that those business actors were greatly helped by the vaccination service provided by the Papua Chamber of Commerce and Industry. “We really appreciate it because it can make it easier to get the Covid-19 vaccination quota,” he said.
