Jokowi is Considered to Have Great Attention to Development in Papua – A Chairman of Rampai Nusantara (RN) Mardiansyah assessed that President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) had great attention to development in eastern Indonesia, including Papua. He said RN supports government policies.

“Since being a president, Pak Jokowi has paid great attention to development in eastern Indonesia, including Papua,” said Mardiansyah in his statement, Saturday (10/29/2022).

He said the policies of the Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin government towards development in eastern Indonesia had already been seen.

“The president’s policy has seen the results, especially infrastructure in Papua, which is now much better,” he said.

He asked the RN Papua management to support the government’s policy so that the eastern region of Indonesia, including Papua, becomes a developed and prosperous region. This was conveyed during the inauguration of the Rampai Nusantara management in Papua Province today.

For him, Papua with its abundant natural resources should be maximized to accelerate development and the welfare of the Papuan people.

“Rampai Nusantara in the Land of Papua has the spirit to be able to ensure, guard and encourage justice and the welfare of the Papuan people,” he said.

The Chairperson of the Executive Board of the Papua Province RN, Nursanto Nawawa, also hopes to contribute to promoting prosperity and equitable development in Cendrawasih Earth.

“The declaration and inauguration of Rampai Nusantara in Papua must have a concern for justice for the welfare of the Papuan people, as directed by the president,” he said.

Rampai Nusantara already has a management in 23 provinces in Indonesia. In the near future, RN will make a declaration in North Sulawesi.
