Jayapura Religious Court Launches 4 Innovations to Facilitate Services

goodmorningpapua.com – The Jayapura Religious Court Class 1A, launched 4 new innovations, namely E-Combat, Panorama, Antara and Papeda Link.  A Head of the Jayapura Religious Court, Dra. Farida Hanim M. H said the 4 innovations were launched to facilitate services for people seeking justice at a low, fast and simple cost.

“What is clear is that we will provide quality services,” said Dra. Farida Hanim M. H told reporters after attending the launch of the four innovations.

Farida explained that Papeda Link’s innovation is an outdoor case service (pick up the ball) that directly concerned the community. This idea was initiated by several employees including herself which was later developed by the Jayapura Religious Court Team.

The second innovation, namely the Justice Seeker Queue (Antara), is an easier queue service according to the needs of the community. Antara’s innovation will make queuing easier, so you just have to press it as needed, either for information, complaints, court products or registration. The goal is to make it easier for people to choose the desired service because it is already integrated in the One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP).

Meanwhile, for Panorama’s innovation, he conveyed that it was related to the budget allocation aimed at facilitating the control of financial use at the Jayapura Religious Court. Farida explained in more detail, Panorama is in the form of an application that makes it easier to manage, control, evaluate and report financially.

“This will make it easier for us internally, because it can be operated via smartphones anywhere and anytime. For example, residents who want to know the absorption of the budget that was achieved on August 5, 2021, just select the existing features, it will appear, “he explained.

For E-Combat or electronic control of cases with permanent legal force, it is an innovation so that the issuance of court products in the form of divorce certificates is not too late.

Before the arrival of E-Combat, the service he delivered sometimes experienced delays. The launch of the 4 innovations was also attended visually by the Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary of the Jayapura Religious High Court, Head of the District Court, Head of the State Administrative Court, Sentani Religious Court and Arso Religious Court and followed online by the Religious Courts of Nabire, Mimika, Paniai, Wamena, Biak, Serui, Sorong, Kaimana, Fakfak, Merauke, and Manokwari.
