Human Resources Improvement in Papua Through Social Education Program

goodmorningpapua.com – Enthusiasm was clearly visible on the faces of the students of SMPN Satu Atap Camp 19 when they participated in the Social Education program held by Tunas Sawa Erma Group (TSE Group).

These children do not hesitate to raise their fingers to ask or answer questions from the TSE Group team providing education regarding various information and social issues that are currently developing. The enthusiastic participation of the children of SMPN Satu Roof Camp 19 made the atmosphere of the counseling even more lively.

The Social Education Program held by Tunas Sawa Erma Group at SMPN Satu Atap Camp 19 aims to increase the capacity of human resources in Papua. Because TSE Group believes that education is the main factor in improving the quality of human resources.

However, due to the lack of equitable access to information and the lack of supporting infrastructure in the field of education, the quality of education in Papua has not been equal to other regions. That’s why efforts to improve human resources is important to do.

This activity is a part of the Corporate Social Contribution (CSC) program which aims to develop a sustainable community and social environment, especially in schools located around the company’s area.

The activity taking place on September 12, 2022 at SMPN Satu Roof Camp 19, Jair district, Boven Digoel district, is a form of collaboration between the company and the school which in its implementation also involves the Police (Polsek Jair district), and the TNI from Koramil 1711- 03/GTR. Asiki Clinic as a related institution also contributes in providing counseling.

“This activity is a form of collaboration between the TSE Group and schools located in the company’s area by involving several related agencies, so this program is a form of company concern for improving human resources in Papua by providing socialization of national insight, knowledge and motivation to learn, ” concluded Daniel Sim Ayomi, S. Sos, SH, MPA as Deputy General Manager of Public Relations of Tunas Sawa Erma Group.
