The Papua AKHLAK Festival 2022 was initiated by Pertamina and it is hoped that next year other BUMNs can do the same thing, especially seeing the public interest, the BUMNs and BUMDs involved are quite enthusiastic in this activity.
“We are optimistic that similar activities can be carried out the following year and it is hoped that the BUMNs, which total up to 25 BUMNs, can take turns hosting the Papua AKHLAK Festival the following year,” he said.
The event was also enlivened by local Papuan artists and door prizes were distributed at each SOE stand as well as compassionate assistance from SOEs to the blind in Jayapura City.
Mama Maria, a resident of Jayapura City who was present at the Papua AKHLAK Festival 2022, admitted that this activity helped her. He admitted that he had bought cheap groceries that were held by Bulog at this activity.
“Especially before Christmas and the New Year our daily needs increase, so cheap groceries sold by BULOG, which is a state-owned company in Jayapura, will help us. We hope that activities like this can be carried out in a sustainable manner so that it helps the community,” he said.
