EOffice Si-Kariwari Launched, Making it Easier to Take Care of Documents in Jayapura City

goodmorningpapua.com – The Jayapura City Government launched EOffice Si-Kariwari which is a digitalization-based government system. EOffice Si-Kariwari is an application that is difficult to download on a smartphone via PlayStore.

An Acting Mayor of Jayapura, Frans Pekey, explained that Si-Kariwari made it easier to process government office documents.

“We have entered 5.0 in the era of society, digitalization. Like it or not, like it or not, the government must adapt quickly. This is a challenge for ASN,” he explained, Tuesday 22 November 2022.

EOffice Si-Kariwari is an application that transforms a correspondence system that was originally paper based into electronic.

“This is the same as the millennial government, the times are changing rapidly and it has become a community need. If we don’t adjust to the digitalization era, we will be left behind,” he explained.

Jayapura City Personnel, Education and Training Agency Head, Robert Betaubun explained the launch of the Si-Kariwari E-Office was followed by technical guidance for ASN, medical personnel to teachers at the school level.

He explained that Si-Kariwari is an electronic-based government system (SPBD) in the Jayapura City environment with 198 ASN technical guidance participants from 34 OPD representatives, 5 Districts, 25 Kelurahan, 1 Hospital, 15 Health Centers and 15 School Representatives. “Hopefully this activity can be used well,” he said.
