Building Brotherhood, an Acting Regent of Mappi Hands Over 3 Sacrificial Animals

goodmorningpapua.com – An Acting Regent of Mappi, Michael R. Gomar S.STP, M.Si handed over the aid of 3 sacrificial animals for Muslims in Mappi Regency ahead of Eid al-Adha.

The handover of the sacrificial animals in the form of 3 cows accompanied by a number of leaders of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) and Forkopimda to the Islamic Holidays Committee (PBHI) of Mappi Regency in the Mappi Regent’s home page, Saturday 9 July 20922.

The officials attending ranging from the Danyon Raider 600/Modang Infantry Major Hanif Arridho, the Mappi Police Chief AKBP Damianus Deddy Susanto and the Acting Regional Secretary for Mappi Maria Goretti Letsoin.

The acting regent of Mappi, Micahel Gomar hopes that the donation of the sacrificial animals can be useful for Muslims who are celebrating religious holidays.

“The number and size given are not a lot, but we hope that it can be useful for our brothers and sisters who celebrate Eid al-Adha,” said Michael in front of the Chair and Management of PHBI Mappi.

Meanwhile, the Head of PHBI Mappi, Muhammad Agus Salim expressed his gratitude for the assistance provided by the Mappi Regency Government. He also appreciated the assistance of the sacrificial animals

“We would like to thank the local government, in this case, the regent and his staff for the assistance of sacrificial animals. In the future, we will continue to synergize in supporting development in Mappi Regency, because PHBI is also a partner of the government,” he said.
