(September).
To goodmorningpapua.com, the son of the couple Lea Felle and Soleman Felle told his impression of the opportunity to study abroad.
Brigadier Paul explained, initially the International Relations Division (Divhubinter) of the National Police Headquarters received an invitation letter for a course or short school from the United States Embassy in Indonesia regarding military cooperation between countries.
Then proceed via telegram to each division that is in accordance with the requirements they have listed in the invitation letter.

“Our foreign cooperation staff conveyed this to me and I was interested in following it, but before coming here we were given a test first from the American Embassy,” said Brigadier Paul.
Brigadier Paul admitted that it was not easy to pass the course, because he had to pass various tests, one of which was the English Comprehension Level (ECL) test, similar to the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a passing grade of 75.
“And Praise God from the Police, there were several candidates who passed, but unfortunately the spots offered by the USA were only for the holders of the highest scores. So 2 people can represent the Police, 2 from TNI and 2 from Coast Guard (Bakamla). Each of us took a different course,” said Brigadier Paul.
At the NASA-Stennis Space Center, Brigadier Paul’s courses include Intelligent Fusion Operations Integration (IFOI) and Unmanned Aircraft System and Operation Planning (UASOP).
There, he was with officers from several countries who took the course.
“Praise God even though I am still a non-commissioned officer. Praise God, I can be compared to the officers here. Hopefully it can make Indonesia smell good, especially the names of Papuan children. Amen,” said Brigadier Paul.
During the course, Brigadier Paul wears the uniform of the US Navy Army every day, because the base program that is followed is the Navy so they must follow the given regulations.
“We are here in school, generally people who go to school and live in dorms (dorms), every morning have to get up at 06.00 to start exercising, have breakfast and get ready to go to class at 09.00,” said Paul.
According to Paul, there are two learning methods. The first is in the classroom doing operation planning, and the second is going to the field to carry out the operational planning practice that has been made.
“Class will end at 5 pm. After arriving back at the dorm, I continued to join in playing volleyball with friends from neighboring countries. We have special visits to historical places, malls, outlets, wallmarts or hangout places in this country on weekends,” he said.

Brigadier Paul joined the 22.5 semester class which consisted of various countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, Latvia, Antigua Barbuda, Trinidad and Tobago, Germany, Czech Republic, Serbia, Suriname and USA.
He also has a message for the Papuan generation who are currently struggling to achieve their goals. What he advised to Papuan children is to get out of their comfort zone and try new things.
“It’s not that I’m telling you to go abroad, yes, there are some Papuan children who are too comfortable in the zone until they forget or really don’t want to know about the great potential in themselves. Even though it’s cool in this case, but there are too many doubts to do this and that even though we haven’t tried it, in the end the talent is not used, “said Brigadier Paul.
“Have a big dream, let the execution process go through the big thing that Jesus will reveal to you. Spirit, my brothers and sisters, God loves us all, Emmanuel,” added Brigadier Paul.
This charming native son of Sentani is also very viral on his Tiktok account, his followers reaching 27 thousand. Many think Brigadier Paul came from Mexico which is a country in the North American part.
