The form of assistance distributed by BRI is in the form of funds for the construction of classrooms in schools located on an area of 25,000 square meters.

“This assistance is a continuation of BRI Peduli’s CSR assistance to build and renovate a number of elementary schools that were severely damaged in the border areas, especially in the Skouw area, Jayapura. At Mosso Elementary School, BRI provided financial assistance for the renovation of classrooms in an elementary school that borders Papua Nugenea,” said Arga.

BRI will continue to improve these schools in the future in a number of frontier areas by prioritizing aspects of improving the quality of educational supporting facilities and infrastructure for students so that they can carry out proper education. Arga said that the quality of human resources is the main capital for the Indonesian people to be able to compete with other nations in the world. He also added that the “This is my school” program will strengthen basic education in this country through the feasibility of improving schools and making schools a safe and comfortable place for students and teachers to do the teaching and learning process.
