A Yoboi Youth Receives a Coffee Shop Equipment Assistance

goodmorningpapua.com – The social community “Doing Deep and Wise for New Generation” (D2WNG) provides an assistance with coffee shop equipment to the youth of Yoboi Village, Sentani District, Jayapura Regency, Papua.

The coffee shop equipment assistance consists of a vietnamese driper, spiral coffee driper cup, borosilicate glass coffee server pot, paper filter (coffee filter paper), coffee scales, V60 spiral driper, goose neck kettle with temperature control and manual brew grinder.

A Head of the D2WNG Social Community, Hendrina Dian Kandipi, said that the assistance of this equipment can be used by the youth of Yoboi Village to hone their coffee blending skills.

“Hopefully, after being trained, they can immediately implement their knowledge into practice, and can open a small coffee shop in Yoboi Village,” said Dian Kandipi in Jayapura, Monday, September 20, 2021.

Dian hopes that the coffee shop equipment will complement Yoboi Village as one of the tourism places in Jayapura Regency to welcome the National Sports Week (PON) XX.

“In PON XX later, guests can enjoy local brewed coffee while enjoying the scenery in Yoboi Village,” he said.

The head of Yoboi Village, Zefanya Wally, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the coffee shop equipment provided by the D2WNG Social Community to the Yoboi youth.

In line with Zefanya Wally, participant of Theo Tokoro Coffee Introduction and Training, the activities organized by the D2WNG Social Community are very promising.

“Yoboi is in a tourism village, and his youth has been trained to mix coffee, so now he can open a special shop for guests who come and want to drink coffee,” said Zefanya.

He hopes that other trainings can keep on in order to strengthen the knowledge that has been received from the D2WNG Community, so that this facility assistance can be developed more.
