goodmorningpapua.com – On February 23-25, 2022, the Workshop was held on Building an Inclusive Paradigm (MPI) in Horison Hotel, Entrop, Jayapura.
The workshop was a part of a series of commemorations of the 167th Gospel Preaching Day/ Hari Pekabaran Injil (HPI) in order to filter the concept of policy recommendations to be implemented by churches in Papua (and West Papua).
Responding to this, an observer of the Papua issue, DR (Cand) David Nordfolk said that the theme of the event was Building an Inclusive Paradigm.
“In this activity, the participants will discuss and get various inputs in order to resolve the Papuan problems in terms of a soft approach that is humanist and welfare-oriented,” said David in his official statement, Monday (28/2/2022).
David also said that some time yesterday he was actively participating as a speaker at discussions in Jayapura and Jakarta. The discussion was packaged in the form of a FGD.
“The goal is to rebuild Papuan nationalism,” he said.
David hopes that positive activities like this can provide a solution for Papuan peace by involving spiritual figures in development and reconciliation at the grassroots level.
“It is hoped that community and religious leaders will jointly rebuild the values of peace and humanity in Papua,” he concluded.
