Two Papuan sons, namely Aser Khosua Werimon Rouw from a State Senior High School I (SMA Negeri I) Jayapura and Fedeli Anggaita Itaar from Senior High School (SMA) of YPPK Teruna Bakti Jayapura. Then Allowisius Arfa and and Falentina Nafurbenan from Senior High School (SMA) of Sanewesyen Bintuni.
Together with 68 high school pupils from 34 provinces in Indonesia, they became members of the Pusaka Flag-Raising Troop (Paskibraka) at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta.
The implementation of the RI 76th Anniversary ceremony was still held in a limited manner by only inviting parties in duty to be physically present at the palace, part of the implementation of health protocols.
However, there is a slight difference in the Paskibraka formation in this year compared to last year, namely the raising and lowering of the Red and White flag will be carried out with a complete 17-8-45 formation.
